This unit is a 1200 Sq. ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf Front Condo located at The Regency Towers Condominiums at 5801 Thomas Drive. The standard bedding configuration* is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen-size beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen-size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Bed and bathroom linens are provided and the kitchen is fully stocked with the dishes, pots & pans, silverware and utensils that you should need. All our units have cable TV and a washer and dryer inside the unit for your use. This complex has a lot to offer you during your stay including complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. There is an onsite arcade room for the kids, 2 large swimming pools (1 which is seasonally heated), a kiddie pool, an indoor and an outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, billiards room, vending machines and picnic areas on the East and West sides with charcoal grills. The Regency Towers complex has a poolside cafe (Bikini Bob’s) that serves reasonably priced, family friendly fare and drinks. You will enjoy this gated community with 24-hour security. We do require primary renter to be 21 years of age or older to stay in this property.* No Dogs allowed except service dogs with documentation.
