The kitchen comes fully stocked with all cooking and serving utensils that you may need for those family meals together. The open living room offers plenty of seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The couch pulls out into a full size sleeper sofa.There is a full size washer and dryer located in a separate laundry room. The first guest bedroom has a full size bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a flat screen TV. There is a full size guest bathroom located off of the hallway. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV. There is a full size, private bathroom for the master bedroom. Please note: Families are welcome, we do require groups to be 25 or older to stay in this home, unless they are accompanied by an adult couple or have management approval. There is a STRICT No-Smoking/No Pets policy.We provide the bed and bath linens for your stay and an amenity starter kit that includes items such as toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent packets and paper towels.
